Explain the difficulties and challenges that leaders face. <p>6. Using an appropriate model and work example, analyse the current stages of team development of a particular team. <p>7. Using an appropriate model and work example, explain the different roles that may exist ion a team. <p>8. Analyse the usefulness of the methods used to motivate and support team members. <p>9. Explain the team objectives of a particular team, and the individual objectives of two (2) team members. Your response should show how well team and individuals objectives fit together. <p>10. Analyse the difficulties and challenges facing a particular team. <p> Total response in the region of 2,000 2,750 words.
