Skills & Experience:
I worked in the Investment Management industry for 25+ years
progressing from entry level to executive management as Controller, CFO,
Director. I developed a strong set of administrative, operational and
financial skills along that road. Most of the Investment Companies were
startups; I am acquainted with the syndrome of fast growth and managing the
growth to success. I formed my own company, JosPhar Wealth Management in
November 2001 to offer consulting services to financial service concerns,
professionals, high net worth individuals and families and small business
owners. More recently, I formed JP Smart Start to assist individuals
forming their own businesses with a goal (mutually agreed to)of advising,
administering, operating the venture and progress to the Wealth Management
services offered by JosPhar. My best work is done for a startup
that needs a strong foundation, administratively, operationally and
financially.
